Responsibilities:
- Support the Assistant Operations Delivery Manager in managing and maintaining tools, ensuring their readiness and optimal performance for field activities.
- Conduct regular health checks on equipment and tools to prevent downtime and ensure reliability.
- Assist in the planning, coordination and execution of operational tasks and support the monitoring of workflows to ensure timely delivery of projects and services.
- Collect, analyze and maintain data related to equipment and tools inventory and delivery performance, and generate reports to provide insights into key performance indicators (KPIs) such as equipment manifest, etc.
- Adhere to safety and quality standards during all service operations.
- Support to prepare all project management documents and report on tools and equipment performance for continuous improvement.
- Support project monitoring and reporting.
- Support with equipment, tools and personnel logistics across all work fields and base.
- Support with daily and routine base operations in Port Harcourt.
Qualifications:
Education:
Minimum HND or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
Skills & Knowledge:
· Strong organizational and time-management skills.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or other relevant tools.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Analytical mindset with a keen attention to detail.
· Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Minimum Experience:
· Experience in a field service, project or similar role will be an added advantage.
Technical Skills & Competence Requirements:
· Project Management, Equipment and Tools Inventory Management and Maintenance Management.
· Good understanding of mechanical and electrical systems.
